Chathura Udayanga is a Chartered Construction Manager with over 20 years of experience in project planning, delay analysis, and claims management across major projects in the Canada, UAE, Qatar, KSA, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.
He specializes in forensic delay and quantum analysis, establishing contractors’ entitlements to Extension of Time (EOT) and cost compensation in line with SCL and AACE protocols.
